For me, photography is a wonderful creative release as well as a great way to channel my desire to direct a scene. I prefer photography over filmmaking because all I need is a location, a camera, and a subject, to create something extraordinary. I believe in plenty of preparation; giving my subject(s) a clear idea and sometimes a character that I want them to inhabit. This helps ensure easy direction during the photoshoot.
